Welcome to Living Habits
We all have habits - they make life easier - they can also make it more difficult. Habits form at an early age, our unconscious (subconscious) mind, like an autopilot, guides us in the direction that it believes we need to go. The programming of this autopilot begins in our earliest years.
Our habits can show up in thought patterns which evoke feelings  and  behaviours. Habitual behaviours such as: the way we respond to certain situations or conversations, the way we get out of bed, smoking cigarettes, exercise and the foods we choose to eat, can lead us towards or away from our  hopes, dreams and goals.
Conscious mindfulness is extremely helpful, however there are some deep seated unconscious beliefs that guide our habits which can benefit from a complete shift on that same unconscious level. There are also ways to move negative emotions (energy in motion) out of our body quickly. Discarding old negative habitual patterns and emotions creates space for new ways of thinking, feeling, being - health and abundance in every area of our lives - physical, emotional, relationship, spiritual, financial.
